If you have a business or require a service need that isn’t listed, contact us anyway and if we aren’t able to assist we may be able to point you in the right direction.
Easy – simply contact us with a bit of background as to the service you need and the budget available, whether it’s listed on our Services page or not.

We will contact you either by email or phone and once we understand your requirements we will send you a proposal outlining our solution along with costs, timescales and our standard terms of business.
Some clients prefer to keep My Office Worx on a retainer basis, depending on the work we do for them, but typically we quote jobs on a case by case basis using hourly rates listed on each service category page.

We are based in Cape Town, South Africa but we do have clients in other cities and other countries. In many cases we can work quite easily together over the phone, email or web conferencing but if you would like to meet in person, something can always be arranged.
We aim to please - but we know that sometimes things go wrong. If you have a problem or complaint, we want to know about it! Send an email outlining your grievance to your account manager or to info@myofficeworx.co.za.

We will endeavour to investigate your complaint and respond to you as quickly as possible. We undertake to either deal with your complaint, or acknowledge its receipt and confirm the timescales for a full response, within three working days.
